  • Pumpkin Carving Contest: Show off your pumpkin carving skills! Enter your carved pumpkins into our contest for a chance to win first, second, or third place.
  • Pumpkin Walk: Take a stroll through the trail lined with carved pumpkins.
  • Warming Center: Need a break from the chilly October air? Head to the rustic chalet for some warm beverages and treats.

Carve and Donate a Pumpkin for the Pumpkin Walk!

A huge part of the magic of the Forbidden Forest Pumpkin Walk comes from the incredible carved pumpkins that line the trail, and we need your help to make this year’s walk the best one yet!

We’ve been so grateful for the amazing pumpkin donations we’ve received in past years, and we’re hoping to see just as many (or more!) this year. If you’d like to contribute, all you need to do is carve a pumpkin and drop it off for display on the trail. Not only will your pumpkin be part of the magical walk, but you’ll also have a chance to enter our Pumpkin Carving Contest for a shot at first, second, or third place.

Pumpkin Drop-off Details:

  • October 24, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm: Bring your carved pumpkin directly to the Pembina Nordic Centre.
  • October 24, 8:00 am – 8:30 am: Drop your pumpkin off at the parking lot across from 7-Eleven and the Shale Medical Clinic.

We can’t wait to see you there! If you have any questions, feel free to contact:
