Knock, Knock! Hooo’s There? An Evening About Owls in Alberta!

Do you love owls? Curious about where they live, how they’re tracked, and what makes them so fascinating?

Join us for an educational evening with owl expert Lisa Takats Priestley, co-owner of Strix Ecological Consulting. With over 20 years of experience, Lisa will share how scientists are using both new technology and time-tested methods to better understand these amazing birds.  She will also talk about how this research is helping with forest management, and how people like you can get involved in monitoring efforts.
