The Fire & Ice Festival Returns on Family Day Eve!
Eagle Point-Blue Rapids Parks Council and the Town of Drayton Valley are co-hosting the Fire & Ice Festival this year at the Downtown Park, across from the Drayton Valley Library/Civic Centre!
We’ve got all kinds of fun, free activities planned!
- Indigo Circus Entertainers – including Fire Performers, a Stilt Walker and Snow Angel!
- Enjoy DJ music and skating under the lights!
- This year, we have the first ever FIRE & ICE POLAR PLUNGE – Sauna to Ice Bath event, hosted by Hush Nordic Sauna!
Register Here to participate in the Polar Plunge and start collecting pledges towards the purchase of a Nature Navigator van for Eagle Point Education programs.
- There will be free burgers and hand-crafted maple taffy!
- Come for a hay wagon ride, supplied by RCO Energy Services!
- The kids can hitch a ride on Drayton Valley Flying Club‘s “PLANE-TRAIN”
- Meet your neighbours at the warming fires, or pop in to the Drayton Valley Library for a hot chocolate!
- Pembina Nordic Club will be at the event to talk about ski rentals, memberships and their new trails!
